Hey You, I’m Lauren Aletta (pronounced Ah-lee-ta)

I’m here to support men and women in understanding how to connect with their internal guidance system and embrace their intuition and unique soul based information. Why? Well, I deeply believe that when we attune to our core essence we are able to create a life that’s vibrant, potent and aligned.

I guess you could say a huge of part of my life’s purpose is to assist people in accessing their encoded intelligence, resulting in their Light shining bright and a self trust that is so strong they naturally – just by being themselves – ignite others.

 

Before Inner Hue… I worked for a number of years within the human services sector as a youth worker and family support worker with minority groups, individuals and families with complex needs from diverse backgrounds. I observed that intuition was a huge navigational tool that the people I worked with were either subtly using or denying because precedence and power had been placed on external authorities.

I guess you could say a huge of part of my life’s purpose is to assist people in accessing their encoded intelligence, resulting in their Light shining bright and a self trust that is so strong they naturally – just by being themselves – ignite others.

 

I’ve always been highly perceptive.

As a child, right through to my early twenties I would see and know things about other people, places, plants and landscapes that lie outside ‘normal’ human vision (humans see less than 1% of the light spectrum). During that time (the 90’s and early 2000’s), accessing information and guidance to help me understand what I was ‘seeing’ was limited. Not understanding what I was perceiving and carrying in my body and energy field trauma and stagnant energy I felt isolated and at a deeper level depressed and disconnected from myself. After a handful of years of denying this part of me and attempting to address the heaviness and depression I experienced, I decided to commit to myself and do the exploratory ‘work’ to self- teach how to understand, read and attune to different frequency streams.

On a broader scale…

I’m incredibly interested and passionate about human evolution and the dramatically shifting landscape of human consciousness and how that impacts the collective systems and structures we are globally living from, reconstructing and creating.

I think perhaps it’s time we started to really think, feel and live a little more outside the 3D paradigm of our five senses and begin to genuinely consider how powerful we really are.
